Unity Temple on the Plaza
Unity's Mission Statement:
"To be a continual source of nourishment for the increase of spiritual awareness by providing support and encouragement to the people of the community for the increase of peace and harmony in their lives and to encourage the people who come to this center to collectively join together to further the peace and harmony in the world."From the very beginning Unity has been the biggest supporter of not only KC-BA, but Temple Buddhist Center, and UMKC's Buddhist Group. Unity carries the same spirit and energy of some of the Buddhist Monastaries that I got to visit while I was in Dharamsala, India. So both Janet and myself, would like to thank Unity for their supprot.
